2012 Honda Civic Si Test Drive & Car Review

www.autobytel.com The 2012 Honda Civic Si is one of the sportiest cars in the compact car segment. In fact this latest Si is the most refined and mature SI to date. Year after year Honda continues to impress the masses with the Si model. The most exciting part of owning a Civic Si is what lurks under the hood. The 2012 Honda Civic Si is powered by a 2.4 liter 4-cylinder i-VTECH engine that is not only powerful but responsive. The Si produces 201 horsepower and 170 lb-ft. of torque. The Civic Si gets great fuel economy for a performance car at 22 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway. The interior of the 2012 Honda Civic Si is great environment to be in. The sporty steering wheel begs for you to grab hold of it, the cool 6-speed shifter has a brushed aluminum look, and the seats are heavily bolstered to keep you planted. The dash has a unique 2-tiered design. The Civic Si is priced right around $22000 which is a great price for such a sporty, cool little compact car. Finding a fun to drive car for under $25k is hard to do but Honda has managed to hit a home run with the current 2012 Honda Civic Si. 2012 Honda Civic Test Drive & Car Review

www.autobytel.com The 2012 Honda Civic represents the 9th generation and this nameplate in one form or another has been on sale for 45 years! The Civic has been the top sales leader in the compact sedan segment for awhile and this newest car is pretty conservative. But the 2012 Honda Civic is meant to appeal and meet the needs of a broad variety of car buyers. The base model 2012 Honda Civic retails for $15605. All Honda Civics with the exception of the Civic Si, the CNG, and the Hybrid are powered by a 1.8 liter engine that makes 140 horsepower and 128 lb-ft. of torque. Fuel economy for the 2012 Honda Civic is 28 MPG in the city and 36 MPG on the highway. See More Car Videos www.autobytel.com Join Our Facebook Page www.facebook.com

Honda Civic Hybrid Review - Kelley Blue Book

FORMORE CAR VIDEOS & REVIEWS VISIT: www.kbb.com Honda Civic Hybrid. Honda introduced the first gasoline-electric hybrid vehicle to the American market in 1999, although the two-seat Honda Insight captured few buyers. But soon after that step, Honda took the hybrid vehicle concept to primetime in its hot-selling Civic line. Now a second-generation Honda Civic Hybrid has arrived, and it has improved upon its predecessor in every way possible. It looks better, rides better and offers much better integration between gasoline and electric propulsion. At the same time it is both more powerful and more efficient than the previous model and offers a feel much closer to its key rival, the Toyota Prius. Welcome to our comprehensive Kelley Blue Book review of the Honda Civic Hybrid. The Civic Hybrid is now capable of running on electric power only, but the most significant enhancements are in ride, handling, styling and comfort -- improvements that have benefited the entire Civic lineup. Honda Civic 2006 - 2011 review - CarBuyer

Full review: www.carbuyer.co.uk Well built, and practical too, Honda's Civic has been credited with revolutionising Honda's image here in the UK. There are three- and five-door versions of the futuristically styled Honda Civic family hatchback, but both look very similar because the five-door has cleverly placed rear door handles 'hidden' in the window frames. Interior and boot space remains the same across the range. Honda reserves the three-door style for the sportier Type S and the high-performance Type R; the most economical 1.4-litre diesel versions are only available with five doors. When Honda launched the current Civic family hatchback, its futuristic styling caused quite a stir. The three-door version is only available in sporty Type S trim or in Type R guise - the latter a hugely exciting high performance hatchback with a loud and powerful 2.0-litre petrol engine. Type S models have similar looks, but are available with more economical engines, including a 2.2-litre diesel. Do you own this car?
